剧情：
环山村的农民何二狗（刘牧 饰）和父亲在矿山掘进队工作，可父亲却在工作中意外身亡。何二狗怀着父亲的嘱托和抚恤金回到家乡，开始了一项几乎不可能完成的工程——挖隧道。这看似疯狂的任务引发了一场感人至深的愚公精神的传承。他的坚持和勇气感染了整个村庄的人，原本对他冷嘲热讽的村民们也被他的毅力所打动，纷纷加入到隧道工程中。在这过程中，何二狗还与漂亮寡妇二嫚（巩小榕 饰）之间悄然绽放了甜蜜的爱情。
