故事发生在节日气氛浓厚的平安夜，一封神秘的来信让五个个性迥异的男人聚集在了名为“海之家”的海边旅馆之内，他们分别是性格超级自恋的杉本（山田孝之 饰）、花心但桃花运欠佳的猫田（室毅 饰）、大大咧咧风风火火的仁科（小柳友 饰）、鲨鱼爱好者松山（山本裕典 饰）和海之家的老板（佐藤二郎 饰）。 写信的女子名叫江里子（户田惠梨香 饰），在曾经共处的日子里，面容俏丽个性开朗的江里子成为了大家共同爱慕的对象，这一次，收到江里子的来信，他们都坚信，自己才是江里子真正喜欢着的那一个。时间渐渐流逝，一个人影出现在了海之家门口，然而，这个人却并不是江里子，而是一直企图拆除海之家的律师关口。
